All items on Interestpod.co are made-to-order, which means each product is printed just for you to ensure the best quality. Some products are printed in-house at our U.S. facilities, while others are sourced from trusted suppliers worldwide. All partners follow our strict quality control standards.

Order Processing: Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees vary based on destination, number of items, size, and weight. You can calculate exact shipping costs by adding items to your cart and entering your shipping address at checkout.

For orders with multiple categories, the highest rate applies to the first product, while remaining items are charged their respective rates.

Delivered within 2 business days after production.

Orders finishing production on weekends are shipped Monday and delivered Wednesday.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Package marked delivered but not received: Contact your carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) for GPS/location details. Refunds or reprints are not provided for delivered orders.

Tracking shows no progress: Refunds available if tracking shows no update for 10 business days (US) or 30 days (international). Contact: support@interestpod.co

Delivered to wrong address: Refund of base cost or replacement available.

Returned due to invalid address: No replacements or refunds for incorrect addresses.

Returned despite valid address: We can reship or refund.

Lost in mail (per post office): Replacement or refund provided.
Force majeure events may override our standard refund policy. Official notice will be provided if applicable.
Received Items Issues

Incorrect or defective item: Refund to Interestpod wallet or replacement.

Missing item: Replacement item shipped upon request.

Quality issues (blurry/faded printing): Refund or replacement available.
Requirements for all claims:
