We hope you love your order! If you are unhappy or there is an issue with your purchase, you may return your item(s) to our Distribution Center under the following conditions:

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt at our Distribution Center.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we do not provide pre-paid return labels.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Email: support@dreamifty.com

Keep proof of postage and a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Returned to Sender & Refused Packages
Packages may be returned if:

Address is invalid or incomplete.

Carrier cannot deliver the package.

Order is refused at delivery.
We cannot make changes to orders once placed. Ensure your address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information.
Exchanges

Customers are responsible for selecting a trackable and insured shipping method.

Standard shipping fees apply for exchanges.

InterestPod is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

For damaged items, take a photo clearly showing the damage and email it to support@dreamifty.com with your order number.

For defective, incorrect, or missing items, email support@dreamifty.com within 2 days of delivery, including a photo and description of the issue with your order number.

We will assess the issue and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds apply only to defective, damaged, broken, or deformed items caused by manufacturing errors, our error, or shipping damage.

Report the item within 72 hours of delivery confirmation with photos showing the defect.

Refunds may be issued less shipping & handling or a replacement item may be sent at our expense.

The defective or damaged item may need to be returned at our discretion.
Late or Missing Refunds:

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, contact us and we will coordinate with our payment processor.
Reasons for Returns or Exchanges

Change in size: Send the item back with a note indicating your preferred size. We will send the correct size after receiving the return.

Wrong item received: Email a photo of the incorrect item to support@dreamifty.com.

Damaged/faulty item: You may keep the damaged item; just email support@dreamifty.com with a photo and order number, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Items We Do Not Accept for Return or Exchange

Change of mind (POD items cannot be returned for this reason)

Items not approved for return before shipping

Worn, washed, or altered items

Items missing original tags

Final Sale items (e.g., during Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, or special promotions)
Cancellation Requests

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement.

After 2 hours, the order is locked for processing and cannot be changed.

Modifying a design may delay delivery, especially during holiday seasons.
