💸 Return & Refund
I cancelled my order. When will I get my refund?
Refunds (excluding delivery fees, if any) are issued within 5 business days after cancellation.

How do I return an item?
Currently, we don’t offer returns.
If your order has an issue, please reach out within 30 days of order confirmation via support@dreamifty.com or chat box with your order number and problem details.
We’ll review it and offer a refund or replacement if eligible.

I received a faulty or missing item — what now?
Please email support@dreamifty.com with your order number, item name, and photo.
Our team will handle it ASAP.
Why are my items shipped separately?
Different items may be produced and shipped from different facilities, so they can arrive in separate packages — but don’t worry, you only pay one shipping fee.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellation within 12 hours after placing your order.

After 12 hours, the order is already in production and cannot be cancelled.
What’s included in my total payment?
Total = Product Price + Shipping Fee – Discount (if applicable)
Shipping fees vary by location. Please review your total before checkout.
